The Workspot HTML5 Client is nearing its end of life, and will not be supported after February 28, 2023. It is being replaced by the Workspot Web Client, which has more features and greater performance.

If you do not use the Workspot HTML5 Client, you need do nothing.

Before this date, familiarize yourself with the Workspot Web Client so you can assist end-users. Web Client support is already enabled on your account.

Inform end-users about the upcoming changes, telling them to use the Web Client URL of https://web.workspot.com/subdomain, where subomain is your unique company identifier shown on the "Setup > Configuration" page in Workspot Control.

In Workspot Control, go to the "Add/Edit Pool" page of each of your pools and enable the Web Client (called “WebApp” in the UI).
