RingCentral App Maintenance

We are going to perform the second part of the maintenance on the RingCentral App to ensure availability and stability. Please see the schedule and details below.

Maintenance Window:

Start Time: March 10, 2023, 10:30 PM PT
End Time: March 11, 2023, 03:00 AM PT

Impact:

Maintenance will affect the desktop, mobile, and web versions of the RingCentral App. Should any unexpected issues occur, disruption of service for up to 30 minutes may be experienced. Otherwise, please expect a brief disconnection. 

NOTE: Impact will be with messaging and video calls for customers in US and Canada only. Audio calling and scheduled video meetings will not be affected.

Actions to take:

No action is required. The system will reconnect you automatically if you get disconnected.
