Steps to Resolve Zscaler Certificate Error in the Client Device 

 

 

Issue: Users are not able to access Workspot Desktop from a Windows or Mac client and getting a certificate error.

Cause: scaler is installed on the client device, causing interference with the certificate needed for communication with Workspot Components. Despite whitelisting the following URLs in Zscaler, the issue persists. 

 

Solution:  

  • Login to Control with valid admin credentials  

  • Navigate to the Setup tab, and then to the Certificates tab under it. 

  • Add Trusted Enterprise Certificate and map to the user group as shown in below:  

 

 

 

  • Relaunch the Workspot client and make sure the latest policy is applied to the Workspot Client device.
