Steps to Resolve Zscaler Certificate Error in the Client Device
Issue: Users are not able to access Workspot Desktop from a Windows or Mac client and getting a certificate error.
Cause: scaler is installed on the client device, causing interference with the certificate needed for communication with Workspot Components. Despite whitelisting the following URLs in Zscaler, the issue persists.

Solution:

Login to Control with valid admin credentials

Navigate to the Setup tab, and then to the Certificates tab under it.

Add Trusted Enterprise Certificate and map to the user group as shown in below:

Relaunch the Workspot client and make sure the latest policy is applied to the Workspot Client device.
